This is a self-paced course, so you can start and end at any time. All materials will always be available to you for you to turn back to. This course doesn’t expire.
I recommend doing one module every one to two weeks, so you have time to process the information and practice implementing what you’ve learned into your life before moving on to the next section. It would be overwhelming to do it all at once!
Eating disorders are complex and require a greater level of care. I recommend working with a Registered Dietitian 1:1 to establish a treatment plan.
This course was not designed to focus on weight loss, but rather help you heal in your relationship to food, mood, and body. Everyone will have different results in regards to their weight when intuitively eating, but what is most important is that you’re working towards improving your physical and mental wellbeing.
